Metra was employed by Nu Living to take over the dimensional control for this project. This has included setting out of block work, surveying every casting channel to detail and re-bar scanning of the concrete slabs. We spent time with Nu Living to create a bespoke spreadsheet showing the accuracy of the channel in all directions. This process is something we will use for all Nu Living projects in the future. We also determined the correct location of all re-bars within the slab. This project was over four blocks.
